Extra-Curriculuar
Athletics
Leitchfield Christian Academy has a cross country team. Our students also participate in
additional community sports such as Jr. Pro Football, Jr. Pro Basketball, soccer, softball,
baseball, etc. Additional information on these activities will be forwarded at the appropriate
time. Parental consent must be given before the student will be allowed to participate.
Fine Arts
We have an excellent fine arts program that includes music appreciation for grades K – 5th.
Students also use percussion, Orff instruments, recorders, and handbells. Art classes will
be offered periodically for students.
Clubs
At this time, we offer clubs in the following areas: Geography, Academic Team, Photography,
Walking, Drama, Anthology, and Technology. We also participate in Boy and Girl Scouts.
Additional information on these activities will be forwarded at the appropriate time.
Parental consent must be given before the student will be allowed to participate. These
activities may be limited to those students whose grades show that they are working up to
their capabilities.

- Grayson Co Spelling Bee & Academic Team Competitions
- District & Regional Level Academic Team Competition
- Community and Service Activities
- Food Pantry (can good collection)/Nursing Home Visits/National Day of Prayer/
- See You at the Pole/Dr. Seuss Read Across America
- WKU’s Super Saturdays Program
