Fiscal Information

Registration Fee (K-12th): $100.00 per student
This is an annual, non-refundable fee per student which must accompany the application form at registration.

Curriculum Fee:
This annual fee is due by June 15 in order to ensure books arrive on time. This fee includes all books and curriculum for the academic year, including text books which belong to the student. We do not order textbooks until the book fees are paid. We do not provide supplies such as paper, pencils, erasers, notebooks, markers, crayons, etc. A complete list of needs for each grade will be provided at the school office, Back-to-School night, and Wal-Mart. High School students will have a science lab fee.

Tuition
Tuition payments are due on the first day of each month. A late charge of 5% will be added if paid after the 10th of the month. The late charge will be added monthly (compounded) until paid in full. If using the monthly plan, the first payment is due August 1st, the second payment due on September 1st, and final payment in May. If this day falls on a weekend, payment will be due on the following Monday. If tuition falls two months behind in payment, parents will be asked to make arrangements for payments or the students may be removed from school until payments are made.

Tuition can be paid in an annual one-time payment by August 1st and the parent receives a discount on the total cost.

To receive the family tuition plan, all children must be enrolled at the same time. All students enrolled in High School must pay full tuition.

In the event a student has applied and been accepted, but fails to pay the application fee and the first month’s tuition, the student’s application will become void. The opening in the class will be filled with the first available applicant on the waiting list.

We hire faculty based upon enrollment. Therefore, once the first month’s tuition has been paid, the student’s parent or legal guardian is liable for the entire year’s tuition unless extenuating circumstances exist (such as family relocation, death, or serious illness, etc.). The student’s records will not be released to another school until all fees are paid. The Christian Education Team will evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis.

If any student withdraws during the year for a reasonable cause and the tuition has been prepaid, a refund will be given for the months following the month requested for withdrawal.
